We created BRB Law to be an efficient, pragmatic, client-focused option for legal advice in California and Nevada, concentrating on the needs of businesses in regulated industries. With our collective 70 years of experience, broad knowledge base, and diversity of skills, we are well positioned to guide companies of all sizes in a challenging legal and regulatory landscape. BRB Law’s attorneys share a strong expertise in regulatory, administrative, and public utility law, which forms the core of our practice. Located in the heart of downtown Oakland, just steps from the 12th Street BART Station, our office is within minutes of the San Francisco and Alameda Superior Courts, the Northern District, and the California Public Utilities Commission. With this central location, we are well positioned to serve businesses throughout the Bay Area and Northern California. Our attorneys also have extensive professional and personal experience in many areas of California, and we regularly represent clients in rural areas of Northern and Central California, including in Calaveras, Siskiyou, Modoc, Shasta, Tehama, El Dorado, Placer, Mariposa, Madera, Fresno, San Benito, and Tulare Counties. We travel often to Sacramento, so we are well suited to address regulatory needs and attend Legislative events in that arena. Our regular work also extends to Nevada, where we serve clients throughout the state in both urban and rural areas.
