At BRB Law LLP (“BRB”), we respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting it.  This Online Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you in connection with your use of www.brblawgroup.com (the “Site”) and reflects our practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.  This policy does not address privacy practices in connection with our activities offline.

We do not sell any of the information that may be derived from users of our Site.  In general, we do not disclose any information derived from use of our website to third parties.  However, we reserve the right to share such information with our employees, contractors, or agents to the extent necessary to perform services on our behalf to ensure proper functionality of our Site, assist with maintenance, improvements, or additions to our Site, and/or perform analysis related to the automatic data collection mechanisms employed by our Site, as described herein.  We also reserve the right to disclose this information to the extent necessary to:  (1) comply with subpoenas or other lawful process; (2) detect, investigate, prosecute, or mitigate attacks on the technical integrity of the Site; and/or (3) avoid harm to our users, partners, employees, or the public.

Third Party Data Collection
To the extent that you access our site through third-party websites, applications, or online search portals, those third-party providers may collect your information.  BRB takes no responsibility for the actions or policies of those third parties, whose functions are beyond our control.  If you have questions about those providers’ privacy practices, please review their privacy policies or consult with them directly.

Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not intended for use by children and we do not provide services to children.  We do not collect personally-identifiable information for any users, including children.  If we learn that a child under the age of 13 nevertheless sends us personal information, we will not retain or use that information, and we will inform the child that they are not permitted to use this Site.

It is our practice to post any changes we make to our Policy on this page with a notice that the Policy has been updated.  The date on which the Policy was last revised is identified at the top of this Policy.
